1. Payment Negotiation: I acknowledge that payment negotiations will be conducted directly between me and the society’s contact person. It is my responsibility to discuss and agree upon payment terms before accepting any gig.

2. Liability Disclaimer: UoB Photosoc is solely a platform for advertising photography opportunities and facilitating connections. UoB Photosoc will not be held responsible for payments or any agreements made between me, [interested photographer] and the societies or organizations. 

3. Information Sharing: The details provided in this form will be shared publicly with societies and organizations seeking specific photographers for their events. 

4. Responsiveness: I understand that it is my responsibility to be responsive and to communicate effectively with the designated contact person. If I do not hear from them, I will reach out promptly to ensure smooth communication.

5. Professional Conduct: I agree to arrive at gigs punctually and conduct myself professionally while representing my photography services.

By agreeing to these terms, I confirm that I understand my responsibilities and the limitations of UoB Photosoc's role in this process.
